Крепление камеры заднего вида Hyundai Getz.............
Hyundai Getz reverse camera mount
This print is designed for the rear modification of a Hyundai Getz 2003 1.3, but it should fit most other Getz models, i believe the back door hasn't changed much over the years.
Printing Notes:
PLA works fine, all layers solid, 0.2 mm layer height.
The part is designed with strength in mind, but ABS may be better for hotter climates.
Supports are necessary.
Installation:
One pillar on the plastic boot must be cut to make space for the camera; the original hole will be reused for the wire.
Filing is required to precisely fit the camera; see photos.
One light requires a small trim on one side due to limited space (See last picture).
Optional Nut Version:
Designed for 3.5 mm or 4 mm wire, preventing water ingress or cable damage.
Make sure your cable/connector can go through a m8 nut, otherwise you can't use this version.
Bolt and nut should be printed in ABS, as PLA is too brittle for these parts, it will most likely break due to vibrations.
Printed M8 nut requires tapping; some post-processing to the bolt may be necessary to make it fit
Hole in the car must be drilled to 8mm.
I only tested the 3.5 version myself, works reliably.
Note: The nut must be adjustable using only your fingertips, as there is very limited space during installation. A slight resistance is acceptable, but if you need to use a firm grip or tools to turn it, it is too tight for installation. You should post-process the bolt parts with a triangular file or a x-acto knife untill the fit is correct.
Additional Tips:
removing the windshield wiper gearbox bolts provides extra working space.
6 meters of wire is needed for installation.
I recommend applying a small circle of adhesive around the bolt hole to prevent water ingress, which could cause rust.
Expect some time investment; laying the cable can take several hours.
Enjoy the project and good luck with the installation!
