Cat Door Stop Mold - 3-Piece Cement Mold

This is a 3-piece mold designed to create a cement door stopper shaped like a cat .

The mold is divided into front, back, and bottom parts and includes screw holes to keep all pieces securely together during the cement pour, helping prevent leaks and improving the final result.

Printing Notes

The mold was printed in PLA

PLA worked correctly but only lasted for about 2 uses

Due to PLA rigidity, demolding can be difficult and the mold wears out

Recommendation

TPU is highly recommended

The flexibility of TPU helps with demolding and can significantly extend the mold's lifespan

Final Result

The final product shown was made using this mold and cement

A rope was added as a functional and decorative handle
