Wind Double Spinner — Fun Motion in the Breeze!
Why settle for one spinner when you can have two double or more than six?
The Wind Double Spinner combines a hypnotic rotating spiral with freely spinning propellers that dance in the wind. Whether in the garden, on the balcony, or simply as a colorful eye-catcher — this design brings movement and fun wherever the wind blows. Update: I have added a long axis holder as an .stl file .
And honestly… watching all the little propellers spin at different speeds is strangely satisfying.
Here's the deal — this is mostly about fun and visual effect.
Currently available with different 6 different propeller styles/blade counts:
Propeller: 2 blades, 3 blades and 4 blades

My tips:
Sometimes it is necessary for the smoothest spinning experience, lightly sand the axle or moving parts with fine sandpaper or a nail file if needed after printing. Fix the propeller cap with a tiny drop of super glue (seriously, tiny — or it won't spin!). In the project the threads of nut and main axis are printed with a layer height of 0.12 mm. The nut and caps are 1-2 pieces more as replacement.

Warum nur einen Spinner haben, wenn man gleich zwei, doppelte oder sogar mehr als sechs haben kann?
Der Wind Double Spinner kombiniert eine hypnotisch rotierende Spirale mit frei drehenden Propellern, die spielerisch im Wind tanzen. Ob im Garten, auf dem Balkon oder einfach als farbenfroher Blickfang — dieses Design bringt Bewegung und Spaß überall dorthin, wo der Wind weht. Und ehrlich gesagt… den kleinen Propellern dabei zuzusehen, wie sie sich alle mit unterschiedlichen Geschwindigkeiten drehen, hat etwas erstaunlich Beruhigendes.
Hier geht es vor allem um Spaß und einen tollen visuellen Effekt.

Meine Tipps:
Für besonders leichtgängiges Drehen kann es manchmal notwendig sein, die Achse oder bewegliche Teile nach dem Druck leicht mit feinem Schleifpapier oder einer Nagelfeile nachzubearbeiten. Die Propeller-Caps am besten mit einem winzigen Tropfen Sekundenkleber fixieren (wirklich nur winzig — sonst drehen sie sich später nicht mehr frei )." Die Gewinde von Mutter und Hauptachse werden im Projekt mit einer Schichthöhe von 0,10 mm gedruckt. Mutter und Cap sind ein/zweimal zusätzlich als Ersatzteile enthalten.
