This is a plastic part sitting underneath your sink and connecting it to the draining pipe. It is 114.5mm outer diameter. My sink is called «BLANCO» but the part is probably universal.
Inside hole is designed for M6 threaded insert.
Print on the narrow part with supports. I recommend ABS and smoothing the inner surface with acetone.
