Spot Welder Box Concept

IMPORTANT — THIS IS ONLY A CONCEPT AND NOT FUNCTIONAL DESIGN

I spent a lot of time designing this box and at the end I figured out that regular 18650 batteries won't work due to huge current spikes at the moment of weld, but I figured that someone could use this work for something else or make it work somehow.

Originally planned electronics:

GX591 > Welding PCB

HX-3S-01 > 3S Battery Charging module

Lmo Ternary Lithium Battery Protection (Big white PCB)

KCD3 Rocker Switch

LED 5mm

Hardware:

M3 FHCS Screws

M3 Heat inserts

M5-20mm Screws

M5 Butterfly Nut

6x1.5mm Magnet

I intended to use 18650 3s4p battery holder by @pavlon and mounting spot is on the bottom panel.

Spot-Welding PCB needs to be modified as shown in picture, desolder the connectors and move cap to other side, connectors are not necessarily required.

I won't describe wiring as I don't have working solution at the moment.
