Heltec V4 18650 Compact Case Remix

This is a remix of the original Heltec LoRa32 V4 portable case, modified to make the enclosure more secure and easier to assemble.

The case has been enlarged slightly to accommodate a standard 18650 battery holder instead of placing the battery directly inside the enclosure. The main body has also been squared off and no longer has the angled back found on the original design.

The end cap is secured with M2.5 self-tapping screws rather than glue. It has also been extended farther into the enclosure to help prevent the Heltec V4 board from shifting when connecting the USB power cable.

The completed assembly is a very tight fit and does not require glue.

Insert the components carefully and verify that the board, battery holder, wiring, and buttons are properly aligned before tightening the end cap. Do not force the board into place, as the button extensions can still be damaged if they catch on the enclosure.

The fit is intentionally tight to keep the internal components from moving during normal use.
