A simple low-profile adapter for the P1 Pro MeshCore repeater, designed to be used with the original/OEM metal mounting bracket.

The adapter sits between the repeater and the OEM metal bracket, allowing the repeater to be mounted much closer to the pole while keeping the original mounting hardware.

Assembly

Place the printed adapter between the P1 Pro repeater and the OEM metal bracket.

Align the adapter with the existing mounting points.

Secure the adapter using the original screws.

Attach the OEM metal bracket to your pole as normal.

Material: PETG / ASA recommended for outdoor use

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Walls: 4+

Infill: 100%

Supports: Required

Print orientation: Print flat on the largest flat surface

For permanent outdoor installations, I recommend ASA for better UV and temperature resistance. PETG is also suitable for most applications.

Notes

This is a community-made accessory intended to work with the original mounting hardware. Check that all screws are properly tightened before installing the repeater outdoors.

If you use this adapter for a MeshCore installation, consider adding a small amount of threadlocker suitable for outdoor use to prevent the mounting screws from loosening over time.
