MTK Pocket Case for Meshtastic remix

Remix of BenP's nice and compact case, made entirely in Orca Slicer. Consists only of additive and negative volumes. The insert is unmodified, and this remix fits RAK19003 only.

I wasn't able to slide in the board without the battery connector pushing against the outer case with significant force. Added a long slot for it.

I also had the BLE antenna push against one screw hole when inserting, removed it entirely. And I filled in the other screw hole as I'm not using it.

I do not have a GPS module but I assume it will not fit.

Hacked together a terrible lid, it's a press fit and requires no screws. Works perfectly for me when printed in PLA, but ABS shrinking caused parts to not fit. Haven't tried PETG.
