Micro Core and Micro Hub - Peoples Repeater
The Micro Hub is a compact design the replace the original hub from Black Flag Civilian. You can place it directly into the original wall mount, but for any new installs I would recommend printing the new Tall Wall mount. Update Aug/10/2026 — Micro Core AIO is uploaded. Even smaller, with three mounting options!
Materials
— I printed in ABS but it doesn't matter. Designed to print with lower temp filaments in mind* (even PLA, the Peoples Filament ☭ o7).
Printing
— Default orientation is best. If you have issues with durability on the locking tabs of the adapter, you can print that horizontally, nut side down.
— In the default orientation, no support material is needed.
— Designed with .06 nozzles, anything at or below this should work without issue.
Changes in design
— Micro Hub includes 8 locking holes, allowing a stable resting position every 45 degrees. With an angled antenna mount for less interference** when mounting to metal poles.
— The 'Twall' Mount has ~4x larger band hole cross section, allowing for band/screw-clamps or some very hefty zip-ties. The screw holes remain ~1/4", or 6mm, with an improved countersink depth.
— Micro Core AIO is an exceptionally compact combination of mount and hub. This design retains a dual screw mounting setup, one keyhole and one interior accesible screw hole. This is more tamper resistant and far more theft resistant than a simple slot-in mount. Unfortunately due to its size and geometric constraints, it forgoes the larger band clamp holes. Screws or zip-ties only.
* The taller mount (%30) and shorter hub provide (%75 and %50 respectively) have more surface area and shorter leverage, reducing potential deflection of the wings of the mount in two piece configurations. I will be uploading a single piece Combo Hub shortly to eliminate this problem entirely.
** I don't know if this will help excessively with an omni antenna, but I lack the expertise to know off-hand or the equipment to measure it objectively. Please leave any leads in the comments for further research.
