Case for Raspberry Pi Pico and Waveshare Lora Hat
Overview
So, this is a simple case for the Raspberry Pi Pico and the Waveshare Lora Hat. It's designed to be as compact as possible and unlike other models, the Pico gets screwed to the lid so that the PCBs don't move inside the case.
Lemon for scale, couldn't find a banana.
Assembly Instructions
Assembly is very straightforward. You will need two or four M2x4 or M2x5 screws. Really any small screw that fits in the Pico holes and is long enough will work.
This case is designed to work with the pins of the Waveshare hat trimmed. You can easily trim the pins with a nail clipper or a flush cutter. I recommend to clean the board with a brush afterwards in case there is any dust from the pins.
With the boards ready, you can screw the Pico in the lid and attach the hat (make sure to connect the IPEX connector before — it's easier). Then carefully push the pigtail cable in the space between the hat and the Pico while making sure you don't stress the cable or the IPEX connector (see picture 3). Finally push the SMA connector through the hole (not fully and don't screw it yet) and carefully push the boards inside the case and close the lid. You might have to fiddle with the SMA connector a bit to pull it out but once you do just screw it in with the nut and you are done.

I printed this on Ender 3 V2 with no special settings.

Whatever you like, I used 25%.
