I wanted to make it easy to set the time and using a GPS module allowed me to set the time very accurately without the fuss of NTP or connected via wifi to another device. It also allowed me to not require any buttons, or worry about resetting the time following power interruptions.

I am not a coder, but AI helped me write the arduino sketch and I have included it in the project file.
